Griffonia 5-HTP Complex is a complex of ingredients designed to help those who experience the stress and tension of modern lifestyles, and this can affect their sleep or mood. This unique formula is designed to help you relax after a busy day and have a restful sleep with just 1 capsule a day.

5-HTP is created from an essential amino acid, which is then converted into serotonin. With the modern lifestyle, it can be difficult to relax after a long day and for many of us it is difficult to get a good quality night’s sleep. At the same time, a sedentary diet can also contribute to low serotonin levels. Serotonin is converted to melatonin, which is used by the body to create our sleep-wake cycle. At the same time the formula contains valerian, which is traditionally used to manage the feeling of restlessness and ensure good quality sleep. SOLGAR® GRIFFONIA 5-HTP COMPLEX is suitable for vegans, while it does not contain soy, dairy and gluten.

USE

It is taken as a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) capsule daily, with juice or water between meals. Do not exceed the instructions for use. If you experience stomach sensitivity, take with food.
